The
building
was
an
old
warehouse
building
which
The
Nathaniel
Group
developed
into
a
restaurant,
sports
bar,
condos,
office
space,
and
a
family
oriented
gaming
facility
called
Inplay.
AR&D
recently
designed
a
versital
banquet
addition
erected
with
pre-cast
panels.
The
banquet
center's
lower
level
is
an
enclosed
garage
area
for
the
Maxam's
residential
condo
tenants.
