AR&D
was
responsible
for
creating
an
astheticly
pleasing
facade
&
shell
structure.
The
30,000
GSF
facility
consists
of
both
brick
and
eifs
products.
The
brick
columns
were
accented
by
exterior
lighting
fixtures
and
canvas
canopies
to
create
a
division
of
space
among
the
predominant
storefront.
The
project
was
completed
on
schedule
and
within
budget
in
the
Spring
of
